Series 3 Prep accounts are created and managed by an adult (18 or older) studying for the NFA Series 3 exam. By creating an account you confirm you meet that description.

The service

Series 3 Prep provides a practice question drill, progress tracking, and an exam simulator. A free sample is available without a subscription; the full question bank and simulator require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until you cancel - there is no fixed term and no separate "notice period."
• We email you a heads-up a few days before each renewal charge.
• Canceling takes no more effort than subscribing did: both are a single flow (Stripe Checkout to subscribe, Stripe's billing portal to cancel), reachable in one click from your Account page. We don't require a phone call, a support ticket, or a "retention" conversation to cancel.
• Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Acceptable use

One subscription is for your own personal study use - no sharing login credentials, no reselling access, no scraping the question bank.

Content

Practice questions are drawn from our own curated bank, written to reflect the Series 3 exam's style and topics, but we make no guarantee of exam outcomes and this is not official NFA/CFTC material. We try to keep every question accurate; if you spot an error, contact us.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without a guarantee of error-free or uninterrupted operation.

Changes

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
